"Notes vpon Sir Iohn Fortescue Knight" has separate pagination commencing on ² B1r. "Radulphi de Hengham Edwardi Regis I. Capitalis olìm iustitiarij summæ", in Latin only, has separate dated title page and pagination; register continues from the "Notes". The first leaf is blank except for signature-mark; the last leaf is blank. Reproduction of the original in the British Library.
