"A true Englishman, who was present at the same" = George Gascoigne. Actual printer's name from and publication date conjectured by STC. Cropped at head, affecting running titles. Contains an extra bifolium, *² , with errata and preface, and at the end giving corrections for a 'Modell', presumably a folding woodcut, not present in Bodleian Library and British Library copies.--STC.
